Primary One Student Admission
Registration Dates: 20 November 2024 (Wednesday) to 21 November 2024 (Thursday) Registration Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Registration Venue: School General Office
(A) When completing the Primary 1 admission registration procedures, please bring the following:
- Primary 1 Application Form (Parent’s copy/stub).
- Original of the student’s birth certificate (for verification).
- One recent photograph of the student (please write the student’s name on the back).
- Original Hong Kong Identity Card, passport, or other identity document of the parent/guardian (for verification).
(B) If parents/guardians are unable to complete the registration procedures on the specified dates and times due to important matters, they may authorise a relative or friend to handle the registration on their behalf by providing a signed authorisation letter. For any enquiries, please call the school during office hours (2336 0206).
(C) Parents do not need to bring their child when completing the registration procedures.

Office Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location: School General Office, Bishop Ford Memorial School, 20 Pui Man Street, Kowloon
Notes:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or other valid residence documents.
2. A completed application form.
3. Photocopies of academic report cards in the past two academic years.
4. Suitable applications will be invited for an interview.
