The Bishop Ford Memorial School Incorporated Management Committee is responsible for planning the school’s development direction, managing its finances and human resources, supervising school self-improvement, promoting student development, and ensuring the school fulfils the educational mission set by the sponsoring body to provide quality education for students.

In accordance with the Articles of Association of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong Incorporated Management Committee, the Education Bureau’s Guidelines for Election of Alumni Managers, and the Education Ordinance, the IMC includes one Alumni Manager. The school must elect one Alumni Manager in a fair, open and impartial manner to participate in the management and decision-making of the school.

The term of the Alumni Manager for 2025–2027 will run from September 2025 to 31 August 2027. The Alumni Association encourages all alumni to actively participate in the election and help the alma mater develop quality education.
